“I’ve been watching the short clips on Facebook. I am a father, a husband and a sales person. I personally do tend to be a little gruff when I speak probably from my upbringing the clips Jefferson provided on social media has changed the way I listen to others and respond. They have taught me how to deal with difficult people and difficult situations. They’ve also taught me that less is more my favorite thing that I’ve heard so far is no is a complete sentence. I’m looking forward to hearing these 15 to 20 minute podcast.”
