Miss the old format
Love the show 2018-2020 but now it’s less Jillian and topics which are a stretch to keep me listening. Go back to the old format.

Absolutely amazing topics, breathtakingly fascinating book recommendations and great interviews. A science and wellness podcast, which is down to earth, but definitely high-brow contentwise while adding Jillian’s unmistakably entertaining and caring nature as well. Just love it. My fav.
