Challenging and Hopeful
One of these episodes had me crying. I had failed to recognize my still strained and disordered relationship with food and exercise because I was healthy and because I felt better eating the way I did. But I ostracized myself in group circles when I couldn’t eat what everyone else was. I punished my body and pushed it through exercise. So thankful to have this podcast to remind me to look at both things through a biblical lens’s and to do it all for the glory of God. Who made all things and made them good. :)
