“Thank god for Mark Ella and Louis - Argi & Coco too 🐾🐾 - I stumbled across these wonderful enthusiastic and healthy guys by chance on YouTube. Very very down one night - yet another that was riddled with pain & not much sleep. Since that night - and indeed from suffering really bad depression & anxiety since being a key worker & Pest Control Officer - I had shall we say - some dark days & considered something I dont want to discuss as Im trying to get through it - and I think your imagination would tell you without me saying ~ the point is now - this positive and uplifting family have without them knowing - til I messaged Mark - saved my life - & given me something to work towards and get better. In body and mind.
Im pretty health conscious anyway - always been very sporty in life & a demanding job - til now where i have also just been diagnosed with RA - Id been working with pain for past 2 or so years - so Im hoping Keto will help me lose a little weight & help me try enjoy life again. Maybe with this & the medication they want me to go on I could contemplate part time with the industry & the company I worked for again (theyve kindly kept my position open as Im high qualified) I dont know the outcome of that part of my life yet - but thanks to Mark & Family + Keto FC that part of my life Im positive about wanting to try and get better - with weight loss all beit not much it might help my RA and joint pain etc - who knows. Thank you 🙏🏼 so much”
