Been following Kris for a few years now and the podcast is a good listen on my way to or from the gym. It adds a good dose of motivation and accountability to my morning routine(we need more of that in this world). Thanks for the info and cutting through the sh#* by always keeping it real. Length is perfect and I like that you share the short tips and tricks. Although I’m not doing the 8 week reboot (started your original 12 week transformation - again) the content is still applicable. Thanks for all you do and thanks for the motivation.

Great podcast. Really enjoy listening when completing a cardio session at the end of a workout. Kris could you talk about women’s muscle hypertrophy and hormones for muscle gain in women. I struggle to find many articles on the topic and want to know how to take my training to the next level
