Great Stuff
Been following Kris for a few years now and the podcast is a good listen on my way to or from the gym. It adds a good dose of motivation and accountability to my morning routine(we need more of that in this world). Thanks for the info and cutting through the sh#* by always keeping it real. Length is perfect and I like that you share the short tips and tricks. Although I’m not doing the 8 week reboot (started your original 12 week transformation - again) the content is still applicable. Thanks for all you do and thanks for the motivation.

I often listen in the car. I like Kris' advice and he has great stories. He talks about biological functions of food, training, muscle growth. No silly bro-science that is not evidence based. It is like having a sassy celebrity trainer at no cost. Does not get any better. Helpful.Read full review »
