A much welcome motivational podcast
I’ve been a Kris Gethin fan for little over 2 years. I’ve lost 85lbs following the teachings and motivation of Kris and he’s got a hit with this podcast. Although I had already done the HCT to see he tried his hand at a motivational podcast for the reboot was a welcome sight. I listened to these while doing my morning cardio and I love it. It works great for keeping me motivated during that grueling time during solid state cardio nobody likes to do. My only complaint is they aren’t longer! I hope this is something Kris gets enough welcome feedback to continue because I’d most certainly would love to hear these more frequently. Maybe even interviewing some other people in the industry as well as giving his suggestions for other motivational podcast. The fact he tells it how it is in a no bs kinda way makes them that much more interesting and motivating. Kris if you’re reading these, I think you got a hit and I was quick to hit subscribe and wouldn’t hesitate to hear more. Infact I’ve set a notifications for these and podcasts aren’t normally something I do. Keep the knowledge and content coming brother cause as you always say “Knowledge without mileage is bullshit”.
