I had never heard of Paul Assaiante, what an absolutely brilliant episode, I listened to it three times and bought Paul’s book… I just love it when a podcast episode completely blows your mind. What a passionate and caring coach - how lucky were his teams to have someone who encouraged and focussed his players in all aspects of their life… thank you
