Love listening to the conversations and learning what others have mastered

I had never heard of Paul Assaiante, what an absolutely brilliant episode, I listened to it three times and bought Paul’s book… I just love it when a podcast episode completely blows your mind. What a passionate and caring coach - how lucky were his teams to have someone who encouraged and...Read full review »

I recently discovered The Knowledge Project and have been consistently impressed by the depth of insights and knowledge shared in each episode. No matter the subject - you’re guaranteed to gain something from the conversations between Shane and his incredible guests. Highly recommend tuning in!

This is the best podcast program I listen to nowadays.

I really like this podcast, the conversations, the guests, the wisdom being shared. So the recurring gender bias that high performers, CEOs, are all men just gets pretty annoying. I've noticed it from both the host and guests (both male and female guests) that when they're talking about...Read full review »

Yes that is three exclamation marks. Episode 60 is maybe the best podcast I have heard. For business. For personal. For life. He refers to: the Buddha; The Four Agreements; Radical Transparency; effective leadership; healthy relationships; death & grief. I added listening to this...Read full review »

Recently came across the Knowledge Project podcast and am really enjoying it! The episode with visionary Nathan Myhrvold about his journey and working for Microsoft, taking a leave to go to chef school in France, was so fascinating. So many amazing takeaways from him! Shane regularly speaks over the guests and tries to show off a bit. Yes, you’re smart too, but we’d rather hear from the guest, whose insights and stories are new, rather than from you, whose insights are repeated almost weekly. Please allow your guest to shine more, and share their knowledge.

I find the host a bit of a challenge to listen to, but some really excellent interviews and content, and a good premise for a pod

Thank you, Shane, for the discussion with Jack Kornfield. I always enjoy your show but this one really stood out for me. You have such a great way of interviewing people and asking interesting and leading questions. Plus adding your own thoughts makes for conversations worth listening to, not...Read full review »

Quality podcast, but audio is poor. Have it on full volume and still miss sections. Have not had that problem with any of the other podcasts I follow. Speak up and keep up the good work😊

I’ve been listening to TKP for a while now. True to its name, there’s so much we can learn from the people Shane speaks with, all of them from a wide variety of backgrounds. So interesting and enriching! And Shane is an excellent host, he seems to know exactly what wisdom to nudge out of his...Read full review »

I can’t express enough how a truncated episode is a terrible model. Monetization is important, but if you truly understood customer experience you wouldn’t engage in a practice that is expressly designed to be psychologically manipulative. Be clear and straightforward: adds, or special members...Read full review »

I'm a prolific podcast listener and this is one of my favorites and I have consistently enjoyed the content for years. Shane asks great questions and invites interesting guests. However, there are frequently episodes with low quality audio. At this stage in the pdocasting game, it's not...Read full review »

Quality of the guests has decreased with time. Has also become much more commercial with a long prelude about all you are missing out by not subscribing and now cuts off the interview at the end if you are not a paid subscriber.

Giving useless advice completely disconnected from their privilege and subsequent lethargic minds and bodies. Advice such as just disconnecting and go to your lake house or farm. These people are truly evil and blind to their evil. Such is capitalism.

Marshall Goldsmith, while extremely self-satisfied, had an enormous amount of value to add. Unfortunately I could not play this episode in its entirety because the lipsmacking was so intense. I know that sounds insane, but some people will relate to this 100%. It’s unbearable. Editors, please...Read full review »

I thought what he had to say was interesting but a lot of what he said didn’t quite seem right—Indians don’t read, only 6% women work etc. neither of these were true which made me question everything he said. I know he wants to prove a point but it’s more nuanced than he made it seem.

Ep #133 with Andrew Huberman was one of the best all around “health and wellness” episodes I have heard on any show since I started listening to podcasts. Hyper informative, with lots of detail, and applicable ideas. Highly recommended!

The host is earnest and tries to position himself as a interesting interviewer. It’s clear he works at it and that is the problem = the pod takes itself so seriously without delivering any real depth. The pod likely is a good match for people at the beginning of their careers.
