Great content, annoying gender bias
I really like this podcast, the conversations, the guests, the wisdom being shared. So the recurring gender bias that high performers, CEOs, are all men just gets pretty annoying. I've noticed it from both the host and guests (both male and female guests) that when they're talking about high performers they're calling them "dads & husbands". It can get a little frustrating to hear as a woman who is trying to do great things, especially when the conversation is also around stories that don't serve us and limiting mindsets.Read full review »
