How did I not know this podcast? I’ve known Margaret Heffernan’s work for a long time and I work in the field of finance and cultural change - so I thought there was little I’d learn. Wow was I wrong - there was a gem almost every minute so I downloaded the transcript. Heffernan is right when she ends by saying Shane asks brilliant questions - off to listen to the rest of the podcasts.

Woah, a ton of great info from a smart interviewer and intelligent guest —> but flying way too fast off the tongue of M. Lombardi to absorb well. A written transcript would go a long way to reinforcing the info in listeners minds, provide some linkable content to the newsletters and add one...Read full review »
