Description
In this episode, I'm going to be talking to life coach and Olympian Michelle Griffiths Robinson. I first interviewed Michelle for the midlife Festival in 2021, all about self belief and confidence. And honestly, it was such an inspiring conversation that I knew I just had to have her back for this podcast. Michelle represented Great Britain for two decades as a triple jumper competing at the highest level, including at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. She was the first woman to jump over 14 metres in the Commonwealth. Since then, she has combined her passion for fitness and personal growth and is now a coach and mentor for individuals and organisations. Today, we're going to be chatting all about positive mindset in midlife, how to avoid the comparison trap, how to get yourself out of a rut and feeling great about yourself, and what self care really means for us busy women. I promise you by the end of this conversation, when Michelle, you're going to feel energised, empowered, and excited about the possibilities in life.
