Hair thinning and hair loss during perimenpause, menopause & midlife - with Michael Douglas
Description
In this episode, I'm delighted to be joined by celebrity hairdresser Michael Douglas. So many women experience hair loss and hair thinning during our midlife years and during menopause, which I know can really impact on self esteem. So this episode is an important conversation to have. We're going to be discussing what changes happen to our hair as we age and get Michael's expert advice on how to best protect, cut and style our hair. We'll also be discussing the treatment options that will and won't work to save us all wasting valuable time and money on products that don't make a difference and could even make things worse. You may have seen Michael on TVs This Morning, GMB or on The One Show over the years, or perhaps listened to him on his podcast making the cut, which he co hosts with his partner, TV presenter and menopause campaigner Davina McCall. Michael is on a mission to use his 30 years of experience to demystify the world of hair styling for women, empowering them with the tools, knowledge and confidence to style their hair quickly and without fast or hours spent in the salon.
