Why is resistance training so important as we age, and how can we fit it into our busy lives?  In today's episode, I’m talking to personal trainer Kate Oakley, about how we can increase strength and protect our bones and joints and midlife, as well as finding ways to fit it into our day. She's always loved fitness and training, but it was a passion. She only turned into a career at the age of 50, after a 25 year career in HR, to help peri and postmenopausal women who are going through similar challenges to her.
