Adopting Identities Part 4: Not Feeling Enough PLUS the self-coaching method It's the fourth episode that looks at the 6 key identities we adopt that may be stopping us from reaching our full potential. I talk about: Core Beliefs and where they come from Why we're enough as we are Personal stories of feeling this way and what's changed for me Defining success Becoming aware of your thoughts and how to check yourself The self-coaching method (see below) I talk about the Self-coaching Model which was created by Brooke Castillo, Founder of the Life Coach School.  Full instructions and everything you need to know about this model can be found on the Life Coach School website.  The steps involved are briefly outlined below: 1 Circumstance (this is the trigger - write down what's bothering you) 2 Thoughts (write down what thoughts you have about your circumstance) 3 Feelings (use one word answers here - write down how the above makes you feel) 4 Actions (write down what you do, or don't do as a result of your feelings towards your circumstance) 5 Results (write down the consequences of your above actions, inactions or reactions) Remember your results will confirm your thoughts.  If you want to change the result, change your thoughts. ~ I'm an intuitive Soul Coach, Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher and I help clients transform their lives in a variety of ways.  I'm passionate about holistic health solutions and love to teach about healing ourselves from the inside out, trusting our inner guidance and believing that the life we truly desire is there to claim.
