Molly please work with a vocal coach to eliminate the remnants of voice affectations reminiscent of “valley” speech sprinkled with a bit of vocal fry. Very distracting. Many young women (rarely men) fall into this bad habit. It’s becoming epidemic.

I really enjoy this podcast and all the on-air contributors. Listening to these folks cackle and joke around more lightheartedly on Rat-Sec really broke the ice for me on listening to their more serious discussions on all their pods. However, after a few years I just have to call out Alan. On...Read full review »

Quinta is far and away the best and most competent person on this podcast. I wish she were on every episode.

Ben’s interviews were always riveting. It appears he doesn’t do them as often. I’m sure he has competing priorities, but I find the interviews not conducted by him to be dry and stilted. I used to listed to 80% of all episodes, and now I listen to about one every couple months. I also pay more...Read full review »

I highly recommend all of Lawfare’s podcasts. They are so informative and add a bit of humor into this dark period.

Great podcast. Well explained and detailed analysis. Accessible for non-lawyers.

Wow, I understand the reservations towards interpretation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. But, honestly, it’s quite clear & I don’t know why Scott equates peaceful protests with violent insurrection. The former is unlike anything that Trump is being prosecute for, whereas the latter is...Read full review »

The Lawfare Podcast is always interesting, informative, and very good. I love the intelligence of the Lawfare team, from Benjamin Wittes to Anna Bower. It’s a must for me and it never disappoints!

Especially from the host… it is so hard to put aside how awful the sound quality continues to be. Hard to fathom why this still hasn’t been addressed. Is everyone too scared to point it out to him or does he refuse to believe it’s bad? Great content, horribly let down by audio quality.

Lots of good things to say about this crew and their podcasts, but Lawfare should vet their sponsors.

I’m a long time Lawfare supporter and member. Over the past five years, I have listened to 90–95% of Lawfare’s podcasts, and I always add them to my feed as “play next“ as soon as they appear. In other words, I’m a big fan. However, I couldn’t make myself finish listening to the August 18...Read full review »

It was great to get an update on the charges in Michigan fake electors. A new bit of information was that 3 more people have been indicted by the Special Council assigned to investigating tampering with voting machines. We have seen almost nil press on this and you have to dig to find an article...Read full review »

This podcast is about as nonpartisan and extraordinarily well informed as one could ask for - their reporting is truly a service to the nation.

I've noticed a lot of departments believe that hiring racially diverse departments, think that will cure all their issues. I've seen that black officers hired can be racially biased towards blacks the same or more than past white males hired because they try to prove, more that they...Read full review »

I loved listening to the history lesson and following along with the sequence of events made it easy to understand. Jack was a great host who let his guest summarize without interruption. Thank you!

I enjoy this podcast and really appreciate in-depth explanations of the topics, but the introductory music playing while the person is speaking make that part unlistenable. It is very hard to comprehend “lyrics” that are completely divorced from the music. The brain can only listen to one at a time.

Consistently thought provoking and informative. The regulars as well as the guests bring keen intellects and broad knowledge to bear on discussions. I don’t always agree in whole with the positions taken, but I relish the rigor with which the positions are arrived at. Thanks!!!!!

Best episode title ever! I had to give a five star review just because I love that so much, but actually— this is a podcast that I didn’t expect to frequent, based on published works available from hosts, but you know? Such an interesting story on the submarine retrieval, and the focus on impact to intelligence reporting from media was a great approach to the story. Thank you!

Not a big fan of the opening music but, personal taste aside, I’d prefer to have it fade out completely before Ben begins the intro. As it is, he and the music are competing. Also, Ben sound like he’s talking into a bucket, hollow and echo-y. It’s unfortunate to have minor technical issues...Read full review »

Just started listening recently, and I really enjoy this podcast even though I don’t have a legal background. Usually, I can make sense of everything said on the pod. This is a go to podcast for me but the Nov 10 episode was unbearable. Aside from the unquestioned groupthink, Molly Reynolds’s vocal fry and high-rising terminal were out of control and caused an insurrection of my ears. Ugh!
