Way too many ads for episodes that are barely 30 minutes. Also all of the episodes are the same. They all blend together and it’s gotten old. Disappointed and moving on.

I enjoy the content but the amount of ads detracts from this. Over 5 minutes of ads for a 20 minute podcast episode is a little much.

This is hands down the most helpful podcast I listen to. Love you Kendra

A few people I followed mentioned how much they love this podcast. The content looked interesting so I thought I’d give it a try. I haven’t made it through one full episode. I can ignore an ad or two in a podcast, but in the first nine minutes I listened, there were six ads!!! (Might have...Read full review »

The idea of a dinner queue really saved my sanity. we started late summer and i made a calendar and gave the fam a menu with selected dinner queue items. It’s helped me plan, and grocery shop and keep peace and beat decision fatigue. Thank you for the suggestion!

I used to love this podcast, but recently, just so so so many ads. I listen to a ton of podcasts and this one beats it out of the park for the amount per episode. Makes a point- 2 ads-makes another point-more ads. I understand the need to make money,. I truly do.. but could we do all the ads at...Read full review »

Loved this episode and the metaphor of painting vs puzzling for your life. As a long time fan of Bob Ross, I was reminded (just when I needed to be of course), that there are no mistakes when painting, just happy little trees. Here to make some happy little trees.

I like the overall content of the show. I usually listen to podcasts while I do other activities (dog walks, household chores, etc.) and it’s not always convenient for me to skip ads. If I’m listening to a 24 minute episode (like I am now, episode 387), I don’t want to have to listen to 4 minutes...Read full review »

I love the tips, exercises, and principles! Especially “decide once”. I also enjoy how she shared her personal experience and brought her sister in on a few episodes. I recently went back and caught up on the first season and it’s another crazy election year so it fit right in!

My absolute favorite podcast and comfort show! I’ve been an avid podcast follower for 5 years now, and the lazy genius method has changed how I approach everything in my life! While Adachi does have some good ideas there are problems with this podcast. It is a LOT of ads. She has father wounds which makes her complain about “the patriarchy” in all kinds of illogical non sequitor ways. If you want to sift through the woke there are some things that are helpful but most...Read full review »

I had heard of The Lazy Genius for years but I didn’t start listening to her podcast until 2023 and since then I have listened to almost of them all! Loved the episode! My five year old can opener never worked. It was old, rusted and seldom opened a can. I bought a new expensive one that slides through the cans. What joy! Also, in 2024 I decided to cook a double batch each time I cook . So I cook every other day instead of every day.

Big fan of the show typically for the content but she’s been on a bit of a soapbox lately and it’s making me pause my listening as I don’t really want to be preached to. Here for the practical tips

I loved this podcast, and would’ve rated it five stars, but it took an unfortunate turn. Kendra got political, and I don’t see any need for that. I respect her right to use her voice to influence her audience, but it affects my rating.

Her advice is practical and kind. She always reminds you to be kind to yourself. There are a lot of toxic self help/productivity podcasts out there. This is not one of them. To be real, she kinda stressed me out. I find I can’t listen as much anymore, as her super detailed lists make me feel like I should worry about things I wasn’t even worried about before. I’m not sure what shifted, whether it was the “fame,” switching to this network, or what, but the episodes are increasingly out of touch and no longer as relatable as they used to be.
