“This is my first ever iTunes review of any podcast. These guys are great. They take time out of their lives and time with their families to bring us hours of geeky goodness a week. Do you collect toys? Are you a Marvel or DC fanboy/fangirl? There's something here for you, period. This is one of two podcasts that helped reinvigorate my return to geek culture.
These guys don't take themselves too seriously, and they play and react to listener voicemails on a weekly basis. Few podcasts do such a thing, and even fewer in the pop culture realm. They produce the show because they truly enjoy the subject matter and fan interaction, and you can tell its genuine. Here are three gents that I'd like to grab a beer with -- even if one of them doesn't drink.
If I'm having a bad day, I'll listen to an old episode. After a few minutes of listening to the guys trash the Catwoman movie, my day is already better.
Keep it geeky, guys. Don't ever change.
