Appreciate this succinct, non-taif lens on Lebanese politics. From a politics nerd over in Australia, much respect to the work you’re all doing.

This podcast is a good source of information. It’s clear from the added commentary who they favor and what their individual political views are. It is their right to express what they want (just tone that part out if you don’t want to hear or disagree). If you listen strictly for news, you will...Read full review »

This is probably the best podcast for Middle East politics. Even though it covers only Lebanon your can learn a great deal about how the region works by tuning into these guys every week. I hope to God they weren’t hurt in Tuesday’s blast.

Very informative, good format, but too much swearing. Because of the profanity I can’t listen to the show with my eight year old which means that I don’t usually get through the whole thing as I have limited personal time during the week.

Very well done pod, from the hosts to the final product. Enjoyable, educational, and thought provoking. We need more of this coming from Lebanon, we can no longer sit in the background and just complain - we need to discuss and make our views heard to provoke thought and action from all of us. ...Read full review »

This podcast is great. And exactly what I was looking for when looking for a smart political analysis of what is happening. Would love to actually hear smart women and also Ben seems to interrupt the other speakers a lot, which to me is annoying. But grateful this exists.

Great English language podcast on Lebanese politics for anyone interested in Lebanon, its political figures and current political issues! It has been a great way for me (3rd generation Lebanese emigrant) to better understand the political system and keep up to date with current events!

My wife’s family is Lebanese and I was looking for a podcast to learn something about Lebanese politics and history. This podcast covers both contemporary politics and has great episodes on historical figures in Lebanese politics. Fair, balanced, and informative. Highly highly recommend.

I moved to the US from Lebanon in 2015 and have kept up on events there as much as I can. Anyone who knows anything about politics in Lebanon, knows that things can get very complicated, very quickly and yet, Ben and Nizar break it all down beautifully. I love Ben’s commitment to covering...Read full review »

Trying to find resources analyzing Lebanon in the post-2011 period is almost impossible. Most of the stuff out there is infrequently produced, and obscures more than it clarifies. This podcast is consistently released, and it gives simple but prescient commentary. It’s a treasure, and I can only...Read full review »
