Not sorry
I can’t decide if I am going to continue to listen to this story. The slow, soft piano music designed to make me feel sorry for George did not work. At the end of episode 3 the mom says “kill him” which I agree with. I don’t care that he was sad, I don’t care that he went with a gun to kill himself, I don’t care that he didn’t want to live anymore. Having those feelings does not give him the right to kill other people. He reloads the gun for crying out loud! What a psychopath. The only thing that gives me any comfort about the story so far is that he has to live his life with the knowledge that he killed someone (and tried to kill another) and he has to live with the guilt forever. I hope it touchers him every night. Certainly the parents who have found it in their heart to forgive him and have a relationship with him are angles on earth. I, however, am not.

Never thought I would cry listening to a true crime series, but here I am. Love the first few episodes so far and can’t wait to listen to it unfold.
