“I was interested in the Kickstarter for a card game called Sentinels of Earth Prime and when I started to look into it, I found out that there was already a game available using the same mechanics - Sentinels of the Universe - so I bought a copy. My young sons and I loved the card game, and I had soon ordered all of the expansions. I got a new iPad for Father's Day mostly just to play the video game. I was officially obsessed :)
When I discovered that the flavor text on the cards actually came from a rich comic book continuity, I was very excited. This excitement was tempered a little bit when I realized that it was an IMAGINARY continuity and there were no comics to read to learn about it :(
Then I found this podcast, and I couldn't be more pleased. The genuine love that Adam and Christopher have for the multiverse they have created comes across in every episode. The stories are great, and the show is always a ton of fun.
Now I look forward to each podcast and eagerly await the RPG.
