If you are into fitness, chances are you have done a fitness challenge before. While it may be fun or exciting, at the end of the day, fitness challenges are just another quick fix. Hygienists have enough quick fixes you don’t need any more! On top of that, if you have an all or nothing mentality, a challenge is going to make you go 0 to 100 which is not sustainable. As well as any results you get, they won’t last long either. This is not my fitness philosophy. My goal for all of my clients is to have a plan that is realistic, and sustainable LONG TERM.
