2024 is halfway over. If you’ve been in pain these past six months, I don’t want you spending the next six months of this year in pain! Today I am sharing my 3 steps to correct muscle imbalances that I use with my clients. We start by assessing WHY we are having pain so we know what to fix. Just like when you get a new patient and do a comprehensive exam, we have to gather information. We can’t just guess, especially with your body!
