“Hey Emily - love your content and your hormone recommendations. However, I don’t disagree but I feel like some tips/opinions could be a little open minded (but depends on what you want with your business + growth!)
Here’s my feedback: Nontoxic items and organic food are really expensive. I get that being a mother and also a women climbing up the ladder isn’t super favorable.
But for some women, it’s their only choice. Not every woman has an option to rely on their spouse because they might have left them due to abuse reasons. Not every woman has the privilege to take a step back in their career so that they can focus on their children
Instead of saying, it’s not good for women to do both career and child development - talk about what they can do:
-Meal Prep on Weekends
-Outsource and Split Responsibilities with Spouse
-Take walking breaks during work
-Breathwork when dealing with something stressful
-Taking advantage of PTO and taking 2-3 days off a month
-Getting therapy and understanding full health insurance benefits
It’s great that you have also achieved amazing weight and body image. But also think of the women that get bullied every single day for their body and face issues in dating because of their body image.
Weight loss makes them feel good and confident, being lean is a privilege (take a look at the circle of privilege and you’ll understand)
I’m not saying you’re incorrect, I’m saying take a step back and talk to women with different privileges than you. (and different races!)
Health is incredibly privileged and expensive, what you’re doing is helping many women. But what if you could help more? :)”
