Why I love this (in idea and execution) is because it shines a light on such an important resource and support (if not lifeline) - Switchboard - which I used myself in 1999, when I was 26 years old. Strong stories, well-told, sensitively handled and beautifully curated. Important, but not highbrow. Really recommend.”
