Some feedback to make the podcast even better:
Focus more on the origin story of the company and of the interviewees. There is such a rich fabric of events to discuss on the early development of RNAi, for example, but this interview barely touched on any of it! I also felt like I didn't learn anything new about John.
Keep questions short and leading questions few and far between. On the drug pricing issue in particular I felt like you did most of the talking. I want to hear John's point of view!
Limit the amount of current events discussion. This content will be evergreen if it focuses on origin story, science, progress, pitfalls, triumphs, etc.

“Big fan of Luke! But he needs to drink 2 shots of espresso before these interviews and watch a couple mainstream cooking shows to see how to keep audiences engaged. These could probably be half the length with the same content. Otherwise, great podcast content and guests!!”
