“I have listened to all available podcasts and must say that I feel as if I've stumbled across a gold mine! They're infinite amount of gold nuggets in this one. He dishes out real life scenarios and real life, step by step, solutions! The author/reader is extremely generous and offers copies of tools and suggests resources to aid you along. I sent their company an email requesting a couple tools and he responded to me personally! In his reply, I truly felt as though he was my very own personal coach as he referenced back to several words that I had written in my email. From a leader's stand point, it offers absolutely invaluable advice and tips on how to "be perceived as we want to be perceived."
