“How did I not know that?!”
That’s what I keep saying as I listen to this podcast. For people who grew up with the Old Testament but often found parts of it confusing, especially former Protestants like me, this show is a constant eye opener. And if you’ve heard academic criticism of the Old Testament and are wondering about their claims, Fr. Stephen has the Ph.D. to sort it all out in an Orthodox way. Spiritually enriching and also entertaining, I would definitely recommend.

My favorite about this podcast is the use of texts contemporary to the Old Testament to explain the ideas familiar to the authors and audiences of the time.
