Fantastic Podcast!
I absolutely the Lorehounds John and David! This is one of my favorite podcast for multiple reasons. I first found the podcast from their bald move parent company hosts Jim and Aron when they were speaking about trailers and stills of the then upcoming season of the Rings of Power. I am a longtime listener of Bald move dating back to the beginning of Game of Thrones, we don’t need to mention the ending. I have gone back and explored their many show feeds to include Breaking Bad and the Expanse. Jim and Aron spoke about the Lorehounds and their upcoming podcast setting up listeners to prep for Rings of Power. I am a movie only watcher of the lord of the rings and the hobbit, both of which I enjoyed much to everyone’s disagreement of the hobbit. I have not read any of Tolkien’s books. Having something else to prepare me for the Amazon show seemed intriguing. But holy smokes did their prep and knowledge of all things Tolkien blow me away! As a person who deals with anxiety and depression I often listen to podcasts for the tranquility of my mind but the soothing genuine sound of their voices added to calmness my mind needs most times. I have come to love this podcast, the positivity, their intense in-depth research and organization of the podcast, not just winging it. These 2 are great. And as the hosts say, I hope this review helps in the Apple algorithm that is behind closed doors and get into more ears.
