“I’ve been listening to David and John’s show since their Second Age primer that really helped me get the most out of “Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”. I really enjoy their lore-based, methodological approach. Since then, this podcast helped me to discover new shows (“The Wheel of Time”, “The White Lotus”, “The Last of Us”) and new books (“The Wheel of Time”, “The Silmarillion”, “A Wizard of Earthsea”) that I probably would not have watched or read otherwise!”
