While all your needs are valid, some of those needs can’t - or won’t - be met by others (no matter how much you want them to or try).  If your need is tied to your self-esteem, your self-worth, your value, or your love for yourself as a person, it’s going to be nearly impossible for others to meet those needs. They might try and fail because no amount of them trying will meet the need for self-love.
