“The Lucky Die podcast is one of my favorite actual-play discoveries from the past year, and it is truly unique in the way it shines through touching roleplay, deep characters, and fantastic chemistry between GM and players. This show really touches the heart strings by exploring character backstories, and somehow manages to walk a line of being a high fantasy show that hits two distinct tones: at times it is dark, tense and dramatic, and other times it is pure and sweet like a Studio Ghibli movie.
