“Intelligent, engaging, and full of heart!! This podcast delivers magnificently on its premise. The Magnificast shines in its refreshing balance of politics, theory, Christianity, and lukewarm takes. Matt and Dean exhibit great chemistry, and their candid, humble, and earnest conversations benefit from their easy friendship. One feels not so much that they are listening to a carefully constructed podcast, but are being welcomed into a conversation amongst friends and comrades.
While the hosts entertain and educate perfectly well on their own, the show's impressive assortment of guests adds a welcomed diversity of voices and perspectives on the topics they discuss. I can honestly say that this podcast deserves a full five stars. Never before have I found myself so eagerly awaiting the publication of new episodes of a podcast.
Thank you guys so much for what you are doing!”Read full review »

Thanks for having fun and interesting conversations about Jesus and loving people. I’d love some episodes on theory/philosophy, maybe something about Nietzsche, Derrida, and...”Read full review »

“This podcast caught my attention first via twitter, where the two hosts are avid posters. The first few episodes of this podcast are painfully poorly leveled, making for a rough experience as one voice is remarkably loud and the other is absurdly quiet. In addition, the first several episodes are...”Read full review »
