“This podcast is one of the worst of heard. It doesn’t tell you the “facts” it sounds more like two mates talking about how one got screwed over by the system.
Despite Nuttall knowing and admitting he totally did the wrong thing, he plays the poor man hard done by all the way through, both supported and almost egged on by the podcaster as to how hard done by he is.
As a past government worker, YOU MUST disclose any actual or PERCEIVED conflict. But not Nuttall, he believes he’s totally above his ministerial position and disclosure.
Just an “error in judgement, an HONEST error”. What a croc, you were in a position of power. You knowingly chose not to disclose all the money you got as apparently it doesn’t count as you were just trying to “get your kids a start in life”.
This is the entire point, the average person doesn’t have access to these types of opportunities, to these types of mates.
I have ZERO sympathy for a minister who deliberately chose to ignore the rules believing he is above it.
Even once in jail, poor him being held to the same standards of real crooks. I’ve never disliked a podcast so much, it’s not reporting it’s completely biast and frankly a self righteous person who chose illegal behaviour over his obligations to the public.”
