Next step for men
I feel like I get to be a fly in the wall, I just listened the the episode w Andy Grammar great episode. In your de-brief at the end you kept asking how you can go forth and be better men for the women in your life, and I want to point out something. In one of the first episodes Jamey mentioned that Justin needs to stop I interrupting Liz, which is EXACTLY how we need men to carry this work forward. Please continue to have these uncomfortable conversations with other men, that is where growth and cultural shifts happens. When is women call men out we’re labeled as difficult, too much, or hysterical, and we’re dismissed. Much like Black folks are labeled angry and dismissed when they call out racism. It’s the Shouldn’t be the job of marginalised person to “fix” the system that is opressing them. So Please keep having hard conversations w men in the wild, and Liz, I love you so much, Thankyou for the work you do so we can all be free ❤️
