My daughter recommended this podcast to me and I am so thankful for it. The Brain Pain cast and Kevin’s story dropped me in my tracks and I had to sit down and let the tears flow. So vulnerable, honest and painful….Kevin’s story and your podcast has changed me for the better. Thank you and may...Read full review »

The only one I couldn’t listen to was the political one in August. This is my one outlet from the outside politics and to hear it on a podcast from you guys was disappointing. I just want to listen to the podcast to earn his to grow as a person and how I can help others not listen to politics.

A good podcast overall. However, from my perspective, it would be more powerful without Liz or maybe a different woman. She seems too hyper-focused on problems instead of solutions. She talks about racism as if she knew better than Jamey and it annoys me when she corrects him as if she’s the one...Read full review »

Brutally honest and so vulnerable. I appreciate hearing both the male and female perspectives. This podcast has helped me reframe my thinking and look deeper within myself. Thank you!!

I started listening to this podcast earlier this year, and I started from the beginning. Dr. Joy Degruy’s episode stood out to me because I just recently got my provisional license as a therapist. Yesterday, I had the honor to hear her speak and actually meet her. I cried. This podcast has been...Read full review »

Love Justin Baldoni. I’ve been a fan of him and his work for many years, so my rating and constructive feedback is in no way directed at him. Listening to the Drake Bell episode now and whoever is doing most of the talking, I don’t know his name, but it’s the male who isn’t Justin, is...Read full review »

Just listened to the podcast episode with Drake Bell. I have listened to this podcast a few times before and really enjoyed the conversation. But for this particular episode I was disappointed because it very much felt like Justin - in particular- was very preachy. There was a lot of language...Read full review »

How I landed on the Man Enough Podcast was because I was ( and am) a massive Andy Grammer fan! Listed on of his appearances then let the next episode in the playlist play and just didn’t stop listening for an entire work day. Liz’s perspective aligns so much with what I feel in my soul. I am...Read full review »

I first found the podcast after coming across Justin’s Ted talk, and I am so so glad I found this gem. Liz, Jamey and Justin has the most insightful, respectful, well-researched, passionate conversation about what being a real human looks like in this world. It truly does an exquisite job of...Read full review »

Unstructured and meandering conversations. Does not feel very organized. Rather, Hollywood types discuss what they like to talk about —- not very relatable content for your average American

Show evolves from its beginning divisive content from interviewing elitist celebrities. Needs more interviews from conflicting spaces. Loved the episode with the former skinhead and with people like Matthew McConaughey and Russell Dickerson.

I love love love the conversations you all have. The clarity, the honesty, the challenge, the growth the love. The beginning episodes are truly phenomenal. One of those podcasts where I really recommend you start from the beginning. The way Jamey recently shut Liz down on the “blind” topic was infuriating- would love for him to revisit that and actually listen.

I love the show! I am having trouble, though, with the whole episode called “Why Are You still Single?” Come on now! Why should Liz NOT be single? What are we saying? That this is an expectation? Why?

When I first was shown this show, I thought it was kind of a joke. I have lived my life in pride and basically a shadow. I never realized all the small parts of me and big parts of me I was hiding. This podcast has good content but it can be hard to stay focused or follow with how questions are posed to the guest. I love Gabor Mate’s research and knowledge and it was hard when the podcasters were individually asking multiple and layered questions each. He did well in responding.
