Great survey 'course' in history
Brandon starts his intro by stating it will not be a 'survey course in history' but in fact, by covering the history of sea trade and war, he is covering almost all human history up to the mongols - and of course beyond that, just skipping over their history until they try to invade japan, LOL. I have a background in underwater archaeology and the ancient world and this is a great survey with tons of excellent details and really gives the listener a grasp of all the connections across water from every human seafaring civilization! Keep it up!Read full review »

More reviews of The Maritime History Podcast
Only 3 episodes in, but I am in for the long run. Lots of facts, but told in a straight-ahead manner, with just the right amount of interesting diversions. This will be part of my weekend for as long as it and I last.
