This is an amazing narrative of the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Darryl seamlessly weaves the story of that troubled land; you can tell he has exhaustively researched the subject matter. Even if you are familiar with the history, there is no doubt you will walk away further informed. When dealing with such a complex and emotional issue, it is easy to form biases which the narrator makes great efforts to avoid. Figures largely forgotten to history, such as Ze'ev Jabotinsky, Prince Faisal, Hajj Amin al-Husseini, and others that were instrumental (for better or worse) in molding the situation we still grapple with today, are brought to life. You are cheating yourself if you skip this one.Read full review »

Unbiased. Well delivered. Very interesting tangents on political theory.

I checked out this podcast as recommended by Jocko Willink (USN retired) and subscribed due to D. Cooper and his interesting modern day breakdown of past world events/conflicts. In order to appreciate the Light, we must fully understand and appreciate our Dark past.
