True Story is a new whiskey company founded by Wes Henderson, who is a Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Famer and co-founded of Angel's Envy. For this week, we taste and review the first two offerings in the history of the company which are a finished bourbon whiskey and a finished rye whiskey. Henderson and co invite you to "pull up a chair" as your "True Story" is waiting. As per the usual, we pulled up some chairs and got to work.
