“Been enjoying the podcast but episode 7 of helping joe was by far the most helpful thing for guys in our generation to hear. I know for myself I have the same problem as joe and blow things off because I'm scared of getting hurt or rejected. I think this is what drives the manosphere into thinking that it is an "us vs them" game - the fear of being vulnerable literally scares them so much they make up routines so if they fail they can blame the routine and save their feelings. Amazing episode and it made me actively start thinking of ways to combat my fear of vulnerability. Many thanks!”Read full review »
