A bit overproduced
If this was just straight up conversations it'd be great, instead it's a bunch of cut and pasted excerpts from other conversations that jump back and forth. An episode with 2 or so members having a chat would've been better. The Narration doesn't help. The outro with the credits explained why it's like this, too many cooks in the kitchen here. It is very clear that the producers of this have never listened to a podcast and are unfamiliar with the format. Hearing the long form interviews in their entirety would, in my opinion, be a lot more interesting that this shotgun blast of seemingly random sound bites.

I really love all the insight this pod gives. My only gripe is that for a podcast dedicated to the recording process you’d think they would try a little harder to get the talking parts and music to the same volume
