2019 was a rough year for me (Andrew). Professionally and personally. In this solo episode, I get more vulnerable than I have before and explain what went wrong this year and how I'm working to make sure 2020 looks different.  P.S. If you're worried because of the title that this will just be 54 minutes of me complaining - don't worry.
