Love it
I passively follow her on Instagram and decided to listen to her podcast. I love it! Lots of practical, easily explained advice. Some I’ve heard before (like don’t eat leftovers after thanksgiving) but had never heard explained (like eating leftovers will slow your metabolism and helps to change your microbiom to crave more of those same foods because you are indulging day after day.) I love her approach to eating (like enjoy Thanksgiving! It’s just one day!) while helping us stay balanced in our attitudes toward food. Very pleasantly surprised!
