Im a nerd over health and there just isn’t a lot of good legit content out there. Illa has so many episodes and I learn so much new stuff.

This podcast is great! Illa is a knowledgeable dietitian who cares about sharing relevant and helpful nutrition information. The topics cover a great range and there is always a practical take away to help live a healthy balanced life based on scientific research!
