“I love this podcast. I'm a picky podcast person and only have a handful that I take the time for but this one is at the top of my listening list every single day! I've listened to them all, but until a new one is posted, I will go back each day, and listen over again, to some of my favorites for encouragement, motivation, and reminders. First of all, Adam and his program are the real deal. No gimmicks, and no nonsense. Second, Adam is a person who cares. He's out to do the right thing for the right reasons. Finally, his principles apply to fitness and nutrition but also to life. This podcast has a ton of valuable information and tools that really hit home.
