Painfully Formulaic, Little Integrity
This is the Nancy Grace of crime podcasts. Despite “Doctor” Michelle Ward’s fondness of emphasizing her title every time she says her name, I see little professionalism in her approach to analyzing these cases. Every episode goes exactly like this– quick overview of the criminal, lure them into a jailhouse interview under the hope of helping them with their case, expect them to suddenly confess their crimes and then berate them for not doing so. Terrible. With such an excellent podcast as Detective, I expect more from Investigation Discovery.
