Love this podcast!
Lots of great nutrition tips and thought-provoking conversations. I did not realize how closely what you eat is tied to mental health until listening to this podcast. So grateful I found this podcast!

Informative
Such a calm, respectful and well-prepared interviewer. The episode on brain health is one that I replay to learn the importance of diet, etc. Well done!

Didn’t appreciate politics
Julia Galen — a guest on a recent podcast, preached rationality and balance. Yet she continued to talk badly about politics she didn’t agree with — hypocracy!
