Finest ABC podcast for the thinking person
Listeners are not taken for granted at any stage in the production of ABC’s The Minefield podcast. Quite unlike any other ABC podcast, the Minefield does not shy away from difficult discussions and dialogue. Many topics of discussion bring modern philosophical dialogue into every day events as they occur. In that sense, the podcast has a relevance your average iTunes U show doesn’t have. I only avoid giving the podcast five stars because guests are annoying. Some guests do not appear to have been briefed on the perspective taken for certain topics. As a result, you have some guests not appearing to be engaging with the discussion that well.
