Carla Wright, the writer of the Steven Durand episode should be fired for how utterly boring abs pointless it was. The single most boring true crime episode I have ever listened to. What a useless podcast.

Aaargh! Give the relentless background music a rest! Listeners aren’t five-year olds and are more than capable of concentrating without it. Also, far too many adverts and it’s pretty gross making cash off the back of people’s suffering.

Always been a fantastic podcast but the fact that Charlene Downes mother was given a platform to speak was quite sickening.

I read people moaning on here about having to pay for more episodes and how it’s not good for the family’s of the missing , rubbish I’m confident that should any news arise from the use of this channel they’ll be the first to no . People are soar because they don’t want to pay , yet why shouldnt...Read full review »

Really loved this podcast but now you have to pay to have more content! I’m shocked really as isn’t it supposed to be about the family’s and spreading more awareness to the wider world!

This is a fantastic podcast. But with a massive letdown. Such a shame that they have prioritised profiting from families with missing loved ones rather than spread the word for free, far and wide to genuinely help find them. Rather than encourage listeners, it bullies them into paying for a...Read full review »

Great podcast, thoughtfully presented & great way to get the missing voices heard. Noticed a lot of reviews saying you have to subscribe to listen. You don't. You have to wait for next one on a weekly basis yes, if you pay a subscription you can binge listen. Otherwise it’s available to...Read full review »

Have seen a lot of misconceptions recently about the transition to a paid subscription model, so would like to give some clarity as people don’t seem to read the instructions properly!! Your options are: - Continue to listen for free, with ads, to weekly new content OR - Take out a...Read full review »

Yet another podcast slowly forcing listeners to pay subscriptions. The number of subscriptions these days is unbelievable! I’m out.

I used to really enjoy this podcast, however recently it seems you have to subscribe to be able to continue to listen to episodes - it’s a shame really as the podcast is about missing people and that it would be fair to make them free and to spread more awareness. No longer following this podcast...Read full review »

Unfortunately, the narrator sounds like she is reading to a class of 4 years old.

Empathetic, intelligent and told in a sympathetic way.. so sad what families have to go through when loved ones go missing.
planetzog via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 11/29/23
A very good podcast. I am disappointed that you now have to pay to listen to some episodes. Surely, if the narrator truly cared about these families who are hoping for information about their loved ones, they should be accessible to everyone?

If the purpose is to help find these missing people, WHY is there a subscriber fee??

I find myself staying subscribed to this podcast even though I find it very problematic. Most of the stories recently seem to feature particularly youngish men who have gone missing near to the sea, which would explain why their bodies have never been recovered. Often alcohol is involved. The...Read full review »

I think this is excellent and delivered with the right degree of gravitas. Pandora Sykes is just right.

I really enjoy listening to this Podcast. It’s very well produced. I only haven’t given it five stars because the stories are only told through the eyes of one party. This means that the evidence is often provided in a very biased way - particularly to paint the families of the missing in the...Read full review »

Love this podcast raising awareness of missing people. Just wish they were a bit longer and more frequent. Anymore episodes coming?
Handbag33 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/16/23
Love this! The podcast really gives people a sense of who the missing person is they are more than just a missing person someone’s daughter, son or sibling and it’s handled respectfully. Only issue is I wish the eps were longer and more often !

I find this podcast absolutely amazing, I love the detail and how you go to the lengths to speak to those involved or affected, I just with there was more, if only it was weekly updates with longer length podcasts, I find myself having to re listen to old ones until I get bored

One of my favour podcast, covering such an important subject. I wish you could do more. So very important. Thank you for keeping there stories alive.

Great content, narration is very good and, as is very important, the timing and pausing is spot on. I’d prefer slightly longer but that’s no criticism, that’s just a personal thing. Overall excellent.

This is such a snooze from the monotone host to the boring stories. What a disappointment
NYC131313 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/15/22
I suppose the trick to having a case included on the podcast: is having the person listed on The Missing Person website?! However, this barrier feel insurmountable at times! The content is great. The cause is invaluable! #HelenSage #KimberleyBrown #Manchester #SexWorkers

Absolutely loved this podcast and now it’s been ruined by the recent addition of terrible background music. There was absolutely no need for it, it’s dreadful.
soisnt via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 05/13/22
Love this podcast and I really hope that it does help to find at least someone who has disappeared. I can’t help but notice the correlation between the majority of these cases occurring near large bodies of water … coincidence ?
a.ellis123 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/20/22
The first few seasons were great and had some interesting cases. However more recently each episode is either obviously a case of murder by a partner or involvement in something drug related - less ‘unsolved’ and more ‘unconvicted’.

This podcast breaks my heart. So many missing souls, so many broken families desperate to find their loved ones. The takeaway from this podcast is hold and cherish the ones you love because you never know what might happen. Great production values and sensitively handled by the narrator.

So well done. I wish there were more of the same for everywhere in the world. Thank you.

Clear & interesting. Good facts and information. Allows a case to be heard and hopefully helps the families.

Why do they put irritating background music on podcasts? This podcast is really interesting, beautifully presented, with deeply moving interviews with relatives of missing people. The music constantly interrupts the flow. I stopped listening after two series.

Looking forward to season 3! I have really missed this podcast. Since no new episodes from May 2021 I struggled to find something similar. I would check on a weekly basis and although there’s a huge range of other podcasts to select I couldn’t help but miss this one! To my delight today I woke...Read full review »

I have been booked from episode 1 and was always keen to hear the newest episode. Please bring out a season 3, these familiar need to have their stories heard.
