Reporters shocking lack of empathy and insight
The reporter, Nina, has a shocking inability to empathise and has no insight to how she came across incredibly cold and callous to William’s biological grandmother. Very poor interviewing and reporting skills. While they attempt to say the intent for making this podcast is sincere, sadly, their actions of harassing the biological family (by their own account in this podcast) do not align with sincere or concern.
