After the success of last year's drunken nightmare episode, we returned to Rootstock, an annual sustainable food and wine festival in Sydney to record another enormous podcast with too many guests.
Things start out professional enough with a sit down chat with Rootstock Founders Mike Bennie, James Hird and Giorgio De Maria, then get messier as Levins heads onto the floor to talk to the wine producers, distributors and chefs. Things improve slightly when Roger and Sue from Living Wines make their return to the podcast but the final ten minutes are just complete madness. There's something for everyone here! Guests include Monty Koludrovic (Icebergs), Dan Clark (Addley Clark Fine Wines), Mike Eggert (Pinbone), John Okuashvili (Okro Wines, Georgia), Tim Stock (Vinous), Laura Siebel (Domaine de la Pinte), Andy Campion (MODA Sparkling), Taras Ochota (Ochota Barrels, SA), Roger McShane (Living Wines), Sue Dyson (Living Wines), Duncan Welgemoed (Africola), Darren Robertson (Three Blue Ducks), Shannon Debreceny (LP’s Quality Meats), Jemma Whiteman (Pinbone) and Charles Leong (Golden Century)
